- General updates and announcements from FireBreak Media
These messages are sent to support our mission of bringing real stories, real resources, and real help to first responders and their families.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from FireBreak Media by:
- Submitting your mobile phone number through the contact form on our website at https://www.firebreakmedia.com and checking the box to consent to receive text messages, or
- Texting a designated keyword to +1 (281) 801-6126 as instructed on our website or marketing materials
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with FireBreak Media and the volume of content or updates we are sharing. You can reasonably expect to receive no more than a few messages per month unless you have requested more frequent contact.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. FireBreak Media is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from FireBreak Media at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After we receive your STOP request, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will be removed from our SMS list. You will not receive further SMS messages from FireBreak Media unless you opt back in.
To opt back in after opting out, you may re-submit your phone number through our website or contact us directly.

7. Supported Carriers
FireBreak Media's SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested from FireBreak Media.
